Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer will have to bear the reverse courier charges if they want return a product to us.

To exchange, firstly please courier back to our address with your registered name, phone number, order id. Once we receive you'll get a call asking what you need in exchange.

Please do send the product back within 7 days of receiving the product or it might be sent back. Products must be in new condition with all the items/boxes intact. Defective products must be notified to us via email with picture proof within 24 hours of delivery or it's considered defect free. There's no need to contact us via email or call to send exchange. You can directly ship it back to our address. An executive will be in touch during exchange.
Exchanges

Replacement Timeframe:
Replacements can take up to 15 business days from the time we receive your returned product. Please make sure to send the item back within 7 days of delivery, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Depending on your location and the courier used, return shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days to reach us. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 to 3 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process and ship your replacement within 7 to 10 business days. After shipping, the replacement product typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Our team will contact you to confirm the exchange details once the replacement is ready to ship.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. It typically takes us 4 to 5 business days to process the refund from our end. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process and post the refund to your account. In total, the full refund process may take 10 to 15 business days from the time your return is received.
